Life can feel overwhelming when you’re carrying anxiety, depression, self-esteem struggles, or the weight of past and present trauma. You may feel pressure to have everything figured out while inside you feel stuck, uncertain, or disconnected. I work with adults and young adults facing these challenges, including racial and cultural identity questions, gender identity exploration, and LGBTQIA+ concerns. As a bilingual Hispanic therapist, I offer therapy in both English and Spanish and provide a culturally responsive, affirming space where your whole identity is welcomed.
