I work with women who want to move past their past and become better versions of themselves. From a counseling perspective, I help women address how the past is interfering with their present and future. I love incorporating EMDR, Christian practices, and/or Animal-Assisted Therapy. I also offer Professional Christian Life Coaching for women who want to learn more about how to work towards having the life they dream of and moving through obstacles, and negative thinking, and discovering their true God-given identity.
