I became a therapist to assist individuals navigate different stressors and transitions in a healthy way. But what I desired more than anything was to create a safe space and represent those who resemble me. At BCLCSW, we aim to treat pre-teens, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflict, low self esteem, difficult life transitions, grief and other life challenges. We take an eclectic approach to our therapeutic practice to ensure the needs of all clients are met, both personally and culturally.
