I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Transformational Life Coach with over 25 years of experience. I completed my Master of Clinical Psychology at Antioch University, Los Angeles and am a Certified Life Coach. As a therapist, I have a strong foundation in providing therapeutic interventions utilizing multiple treatment approaches including Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, Mindfulness and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
