Welcome! Kudos on taking this step in your journey to inner healing, health, and growth. It takes significant strength and courage to seek out help. I'm glad you're here. I specialize and have a passion for working with folks struggling with anxiety, complex and relational trauma, attachment wounds, panic, and life transitions. Using a trauma-informed and strength-based approach, I will provide psychoeducation to you and utilize mindfulness-based holistic approaches to help you reach your goals and return to your authentic self. I believe you are the expert on your own life and our work is collaborative, thus I welcome feedback! Together we will practice and integrate daily coping skills as you rebuild felt safety in mind and body. Mental illness doesn’t occur in a vacuum and social injustice affects us all. Acknowledging institutional and systemic barriers and celebrating all of the intersecting identities clients hold is paramount to my practice.
