SO Sorry- I am not taking new clients at this time! Our bodies are made to move. Research shows that our bodies and our minds respond to being in Nature. What better way to heal and regulate our nervous systems than by walking in Nature? Join me in nature-based therapy where we " walk and talk" or "sit and talk" together in Nature. We walk or sit together in the open meadows or wooded trails that are near the rivers and ponds of the Concord/Acton area. Using mindfulness and guided imagery practices while embraced by Nature, I help my clients find wholeness.
