Every one of us is challenged by living as our authentic selves—in our relationships, careers, or health. If you're anxious, depressed, or confused, experiencing cancer or another medical condition, facing a spiritual dilemma, in transition, or struggling in a relationship, I'm here to help alleviate suffering. These are the heart of my therapeutic practice and life interests. I treat all layers of the psyche, from the mental to the spiritual to the somatic. Various realms exist within each of us; therefore, my therapeutic approach is fluid, moving seamlessly between modalities. This allows me to address multiple aspects and their interplay when healing the whole person.
