As a therapist, I focus on helping children, teens, and families navigate the unique challenges of growing as individuals and together as a family, especially in blended families. Whether you're a stepparent learning your role, a teen adjusting to new family dynamics, or a parent managing co-parenting and household transitions, I offer a supportive space to foster connection, understanding, and growth. I'm currently a graduate student intern in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Southern New Hampshire University.
