Hello! My name is Brooke and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California. I am a strengths-based, client centered, and solutions focused therapist. I strive to create an environment that you feel supported, safe, and free of judgment. I work with individuals and couples of all ages who are experiencing anxiety, depression, peer/interpersonal relationship conflicts, bullying, life transitions, low self-esteem, burnout, insomnia, anger, panic attacks, and stress management.
