As an experienced clinician with expertise in working with trauma and disordered eating patterns, I possess extensive experience supporting adult survivors of sexual, physical, and emotional abuse, as well as those affected by domestic violence. Trauma frequently correlates with unhealthy relationships with food and body image. I support individuals facing these challenges by utilizing an intuitive approach to help them regain control over their eating habits and enhance their self-confidence.
