My therapeutic style is collaborative, gentle, and solution focused, utilizing skills from a variety of well-informed treatment modalities while also taking each person's unique needs into consideration. I work with individuals to identify the root cause of self-limiting beliefs and in learning coping skills in order to increase self confidence and enhance ability to cope with life's pressures. My specialty is treating adults and teenagers with anxiety related to life transitions. Common transitions include a breakup, navigating grief, or adjusting to college, a new relationship, or change in employment. My hope is to be your collaborator in navigating these challenges and support you in finding a balance between acceptance and change.
