We live in an increasingly overwhelming world that can be very difficult to navigate. I help my clients organize their life by building more coping skills and learning to recognize their strengths and gifts. My therapeutic viewpoint is to break life down into smaller more manageable steps to help us overcome some of life's challenges. I use these skills to help my clients build on their strengths and resilience to navigate this complex world. We all possess untapped tools and strengths that can aid us, and I believe in unconditional positive regard, creating a safe space for self-discovery.
