Everybody needs somebody to talk to who is non-judgmental, trusting, and caring. I am a fully Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Michigan and a Nationally Certified Counselor. I am also the founder of Aspire to Wellness Counseling. I am experienced in working with mood and anxiety disorders, substance abuse and dependency concerns, parenting and relationship challenges, transitional life changes, grief and loss support, and anger management. I provide a safe and confidential space for individuals and couples to explore life's challenges and transitions. I am skilled in developing the therapeutic relationship authentically and compassionately. Because I believe in an integrative approach to therapy, I provide individualized interventions to best meet your needs.
