I tell my clients that therapy is about processing past or current situations that they have experienced and it's about helping them grow into the people they want to be. I am a therapist that enjoys incorporating a little humor into my sessions with my clients as I feel it helps ease the potential discomfort that they might feel when coming to therapy. My goal is for the client to enjoy coming to therapy despite the work being difficult.
