I believe that we can all benefit from connection and support during our lives. I enjoy accompanying people on their journey to well-being and healing. I am passionate about EMDR therapy as a way to treat trauma, depression, anxiety and other challenges. I also use creative approaches with people of all ages, due to my extensive play therapy training. Being a registered play therapist supervisor (RPT-S) helps me to work creatively and compassionately with people across the lifespan. I am also certified in perinatal and infant mental health, so that I can support children, parents and families from the start.
