Taking the step towards therapy can feel intimidating but know that you are on your way to getting the support you deserve. As a therapist, I take time to provide a space based in understanding and compassion. I strive to provide support to you as you gain understanding of yourself and your goals. I strive to provide a nonjudgemental space in therapy. I am passionate about working with individuals who are coming to therapy for relationship issues, anxiety, life-transitions and depression. I work with individuals between the ages of 9-55. I will strive to build an environment that you feel safe to explore who you are, and your goals.
