Whether you're questioning your identity or your purpose, grieving loss or change, feeling stuck in yucky relationship dynamics, or struggling to find your way out of anxiety or depression — therapy offers the necessary time, space, and connection to heal and grow. Our work will be dynamic, insightful, and at times challenging. I'm not one to simply nod and listen; I'm here to actively engage with you, offer insights, and ask probing questions.
