I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image. I also work with those struggling with anxiety, depression, high achieving/perfectionism, and life transitions. ​I strive to build a collaborative relationship with my clients and provide an environment for them to feel safe and empowered. I believe therapy is a process of exploring underlying meaning of thoughts, behavioral patterns, and relationship dynamics. The process of eating disorder recovery is not linear and can be challenging. I believe it's important to hold space for clients where they are in their journey.
