I am passionate about working with people who feel disconnected from themselves and their loved ones. Healthy relationships are essential in contributing to our overall well being. This is why I focus on supporting people who feel stuck in their relationships. Life can be difficult, but having supportive relationships can make the hard times more bearable. It is important that you have a space to tell the full truth of your experience without judgment. So many places in our life we are asked to wear masks or say things are “okay” when they aren't. I provide a compassionate space to learn, heal, and grow towards a fulfilling life.
