About

I offer specialized trauma-informed modalities (brain-spotting, experiential and somatic work) that target specific areas of the brain in order to support holistic and long-term healing from trauma. I also offer half-day (3-4 hour) and full day (5-6 hour) trauma intensives for clients seeking more intensive, trauma-focused work. All of my work is trauma-informed and client-centered. I utilize a person-centered, trauma-informed approach for both individuals and couples. The three pillars of my work are safety, connection, and permission. I aim to support my clients in an environment that feels safe and connected while nurturing a therapeutic relationship in which clients have permission to grow, learn, feel, and heal.
