Brooke has been serving families and children in HI since 2010 and is from windward Oahu. She is able to meet online state wide. Brooke is an LCSW and a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Counselor meaning she is trained to work with people during pregnancy and after birth. Brooke specializes in working with survivors of trauma (childhood trauma and birth trauma), teen pregnancy, high risk pregnancy, NICU parents, and birth/parenting preparation. She is well versed in the Hawaii foster care system and is passionate about serving families in this area as well. I offer en eclectic approach to therapy as I bring in various modalities to meet the needs of each individual client. I offer skills to learn to regulate emotions in the body while releasing past hurts and trauma. I am passionate about using human connection to heal. My clients report experiencing long term sustainable personal growth.
