Therapy with me is collaborative and compassionate, and my approach is tailored to your individual needs. My ideal clients are ready to explore, grow, and heal, even if they’re feeling unsure or overwhelmed at first. We will work on navigating the many challenges that can come with life today. Whether you’re struggling with self-esteem, body image, anxiety, depression, ADHD, or adjusting to a major life transition, I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen and supported. I offer a supportive space to work through challenges like anxiety, low self-esteem, ADHD, and life changes. With warmth and practical tools, I help children, teens, and women feel more confident, focused, and grounded—at school, in sports, and in everyday life.
