I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who helps children, adolescents, and adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion and balance. I specialize in supporting clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions, offering a space to slow down, reflect, and begin to heal. My passion lies in women’s health and trauma recovery, including perinatal mental health, domestic violence, and sexual assault.
