Brooke grew up in Colorado and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Denver, where she majored in criminology and minored in sustainability. She then went on to complete her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver in 2014, where she focused on families and trauma therapy. Brooke has experience working with adolescents, adults, parents, and families, and believes in each person’s ability to thrive mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Brooke wishes to support her clients in building skills to access their own resiliency and capabilities. She utilizes a strengths-based approach and evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, and incorporates mindfulness and somatic integration into her sessions.
