With over 15 years of experience in counseling children, adults, couples, and families, I believe in a strengths based, solution focused model for therapeutic intervention. My strengths are in CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing, specializing in vicarious trauma, personality disorders, and high risk behaviors, but also treat anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and other mental health disorders. I am dedicated to helping people become motivated for change and guiding them through this process.
