Have you been having thoughts like, "Why can't I get over this?" or "I don't know if I'm ever going to stop feeling this way?". Life can be overwhelming and at times we don’t know how to work through it on our own. I am here for you- someone who knows they need to make a change, but doesn't know where to start. As a therapist I prioritize my clients feeling empowered, heard, and understood with the goal being to help my clients overcome stressors and reconnect with themselves and life again.
