I provide a non-judgemental, patient, and compassionate approach and will at times challenge you in effort to encourage positive and effective change. I find most of what I do is help folks who are dealing with obstacles related to anxiety, depression, trauma, DV/relationship, self-esteem, behavioral issues, ADHD, and injustice. Though, all are welcome - you may just need an unbiased person who will listen to you and that’s ok too.
