My approach to therapy utilizes an integrative blend of counseling theory to provide specialized services to a wide variety of patients and patient issues. My goal in therapy is to work in an equal and collaborative relationship with patients to reach his or her goals through empathy, respect, genuineness, and a little humor. I strive to assist patients to work towards identifying challenges or conflicts as well as to find meaning and purpose in life.
