I primarily work with those that are struggling with self-trust, shame & perfectionism. Additionally, I love working with people experiencing attachment-based anxieties, sexual dissatisfaction or desire differences with their partners. I also work with queer & non-monogamy exploration, as well as those that have experienced religious or relational trauma. My mission is to help others connect back to their body after being taught over a lifetime that they shouldn’t trust it.
