I am a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California and Arizona who specializes in working with children, teens, and young adults. With an educational background in clinical psychology, I am committed to providing a supportive and nurturing environment where my clients can explore and process their emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and thrive in today’s world. As a licensed therapist, I use a variety of evidence-based approaches tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, ranging from infants, preschool and school-aged children, adolescents, and young adults. (Ages 0-25 years old). During my training I gained valuable experience working in schools and community mental health clinics. My specialties include treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, grief/loss, attachment, interpersonal relationships, parental separation, child/ adolescent disruptive or defiant behaviors, perinatal concerns, and parenting education.
