I have had the greatest honor of working with individuals of all ages, from young children to adults, as they navigate some of life’s most profound challenges, including; anxiety, depression, childhood abuse, trauma, boundaries, self-esteem, grief, and self-identity. I am committed to providing a non-judgmental, empathetic environment where my clients can feel safe, supported, and empowered to flourish and thrive. With experience in various trauma settings, including a child advocacy center and a certified sexual violence center, I use a trauma-informed approach to meet clients exactly where they are.
