I specialize in working with individuals and women who are ready to process deep wounds, navigating life transitions, or exploring aspects of identity. You are the expert of your own life and your body already carries the wisdom needed for healing. Wherever you find yourself, I hope to create a space where every part of your story is deeply welcomed and honored. My role as a therapist is to walk alongside you as you tend to the parts of yourself that may feel wounded, hidden, or lost. My approach weaves together Internal Family Systems, Attachment theory, and Somatic awareness to help clients work through current or past events and nurture a deep, holistic understanding of self.
