Emotional pain, deep insecurity, intense worry, and old wounds can make us feel stuck. Let's work together to make some movement. My job is to help you see your strengths more clearly and move toward a version of life that feels more like you. I support clients navigating complex trauma, identity exploration, grief and loss, challenging relational dynamics, new major life transitions, and self-esteem struggles due to comparison and the effects of social media. I enjoy working with people who are curious, ready to grow, and don’t mind a little (caring) push when needed. If that sounds like you, we’ll probably work great together.
