I know finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming and daunting. From my perspective, establishing the right therapeutic relationship is essential. My approach is unique: I offer in-person sessions, virtual sessions, and wilderness immersions. While I work with a wide variety of clients, my background as a wilderness therapy guide lends itself well to working with outdoor professionals and enthusiasts. Among other issues, I specialize in working with adults, adolescents, and couples experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, grief, relational issues, and depression.
