I believe counseling offers one the opportunity to examine the parts of our lives and relationships that may feel challenging, unfulfilling, or painful. It allows a place to process and begin the healing process. I will work to promote self-awareness and healing, in a non-judgmental and safe environment. As I work alongside you, we will both strive to gain awareness and understanding of any hurdles or challenges you may be facing.
