Welcome! My name is Dr. Brooke. I am a clinical psychologist experienced in working with adults across the lifespan to address difficulties with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and healing past trauma. I blend modern dynamic theory, attachment theory, neuroscience, and trauma-informed approaches in my practice. For me, symptoms are indicators of where things need to shift or where there are patterns present in our lives that are no longer serving us. I take a collaborative approach where we work together to understand your symptoms and identify ways to move towards ways of living that serve you better.
