I'm a licensed psychologist with a knack for helping folks embrace life's many uncertainties. Many of my clients are facing a crossroads when they begin therapy - embarking on parenthood, rethinking career choices; both craving and dreading a change. They are often struggling with anxiety in its many forms - panic, OCD, perfectionism, phobias, avoidance, etc. I see my role as that of a warm, authentic, and caring confidante. I also offer neurodiversity-affirming psychological assessments for adults exploring possible diagnoses or seeking better understanding of their emotional functioning and neurotype strengths and challenges.
