I enjoy working with clients 12+, teens, and young adults. My specialties are anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflict, emotional regulation, perfectionism, ADHD, life transitions, trauma, and issues faced by those in the LGBTQ+ community. I use a variety of clinical approaches with clients such as Client-Centered and Trauma-Informed Theory, CBT, DBT, and behavioral modification. I love forming genuine and honest connections with clients that allow them to connect present struggles with their past experiences and environments. Clients would describe me as open, comfortable, easy to talk to, and direct in my approach.
