Originally from Kentucky, I moved to Denver in 2023. I have a strong passion for helping people live more whole-hearted lives. Every day, I strive to provide a warm and welcoming environment where you can feel safe to laugh, cry, share your experiences, and move toward healing. I will tailor your treatment using evidence-based practices to ensure you have everything you need to reach your full potential and become your most authentic self. While in session with clients, I often use a combination of EMDR, IFS, Motivational Interviewing, and DBT techniques to teach new skills, process trauma, and elicit positive change talk.
