Creating change is about embracing your future, not beating yourself (or others) up over the past. As a therapist, I focus on helping you figure out what "better" looks like and identifying the quickest route to get us there. Once we have that identified, I'll act as counselor, coach and traveling companion as you journey down that road. I'll be a fresh set of eyes that helps you figure out when you're being too hard on yourself and when you need to take a hard look in the mirror.
