I have a history of working with a diverse group of folks experiencing issues with trauma, substance misuse, grief/loss, crisis situations, relationships, mental health, and emotional regulation. My ideal client is curious about a new path. They are eager to learn and try new things. They want to create a life for themselves that they do not have to escape from and/or a life that honors their lost loved ones. They want this because they feel lost, confused, and/or tired of the same old patterns of suffering. I am trained in EMDR through an EMDRIA-approved program.
