TELEHEALTH provider only currently. People choose to go to therapy for a variety of reasons. Choosing a therapist can be intimidating and difficult. Being able to trust someone with your secrets is key to developing a good therapeutic relationship. I believe that everyone is able to change if they are willing to do the work. I provide a caring, supportive and empowering environment in which to work on the healing process. I approach life from a strengths based perspective and believe in assuming positive intentions. I provide therapy to mostly individuals. I am only doing telehealth therapy currently. I work with people struggling with addiction and grief/loss. I offer a warm, inviting, non-judgmental space to work on life issues.
