Life too often hits us with unexpected or prolonged stress, conflict, loss or other challenge that seem beyond our own ability to manage. These can be internal struggles with depression, anxiety, loneliness, or identity. Or they can be interpersonal challenges in your marriage, family, or workplace. At Streamside, my approach is client-centered and focused on creating a safe and encouraging environment for clients to share their journeys, discover new insights and skills, develop greater self-awareness, and be supported in their own growth and healing process. My life and work have been shaped by my experiences as a pastor in California, life in cross-cultural ministry in Eastern Europe, and over 10 years based in Michigan investing in the holistic growth and well-being of cross-cultural workers around the world. I enjoy helping those who struggle with anxiety, depression, or relational distress.
