My private practice was founded in October 2003, providing outpatient and in-home counseling services to over 625 children and families. I have extensive experience working with adults and couples. Since October 2013, I have treated over 375 adults and their family members at my outpatient office in Alpha. With 26 years of expertise, my approach is simple: to facilitate and promote change by assisting clients to make healthy decisions and choices in their lives. Treatment is also focused on helping clients learn how to effectively manage stressors and regulate their mood in order to increase or maintain their level of functioning.
