I'm open to helping all clients with all problems, issues, and temperaments. I tend to prioritize by engaging and building rapport. I utilized a great deal of listening, reflecting, and understanding a person's issues and problems. From there, we collaborate in exploring and identifying the problem(s) that are creating the stress, anxiety, sadness, depression, and other emotions. An ideal client is anyone who seeks help; someone who is open to seeking positive change or at least contemplating needing to change.
