I am a well experienced therapist and enjoy working with adults on a wide variety of concerns. I work with adults over the age of 21 who seek their niche personally and their comfort zone in relationships. Living well means being able to self-reflect with compassion, yet examine one's motives, beliefs and behaviors in a constructive way. Developing insight into our feelings, drives, thoughts and behavior is at the core.
