Each person's path to therapy is unique, therefore so is my approach. I have extensive training in helping people who struggle with many forms of depression, anxiety, childhood pain, self-esteem, relationship stresses and trauma. Whenever your concerns may have started in life, we can address them openly and with the patience and kindness you deserve. My approach is direct in nature, while also being very supportive in order to treat the whole person. In session, you'll experience the traditional methods of psychotherapy, as well as integrated SE, meditation, mindfulness and other strategies to help the process as needed.
