As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I look to bring a warm, grounded presence to therapy, one rooted in compassion, curiosity, and respect for your unique story. Over my career, I’ve supported individuals across the lifespan as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic stress, grief, and major life changes. I provide a space where you can slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and reconnect with what matters most. We’ll look at how your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and body all interact, helping you understand yourself more deeply and build a steadier foundation for growth.
