I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, mood disorders, phase of life difficulties and working with folks on the Autism Spectrum. My experience has consisted of working adolescents and young adults through a vast variety of difficulties. I utilized Acceptance and Commitment therapy along with other modalities to help people obtain their goals.
