I've been inspired by the stories people share since I was young, of their tales of resiliency, strength and their ability to thrive in the face of adversity. I sought to make a career out fostering this in the lives of others. I specialize in using narrative techniques using a person-centered framework highlighting your strengths, offering trauma informed education and in developing tangible solutions to life's problems. In addition I also offer more nuanced approaches including life coaching, EFT to VR based sessions where available.
